I know the class features aren't filled in at the moment, but judging from the summary ("an arcane spellcaster that combines the spell versatility of wizards and the spontanaeity of sorcerers") I willing to gamble and say right off the bat that this is not fighter-level. Balance Level

Thanks for the correction. I've been looking at it now, and I agree that it deserves a higher rating.
