The Bastard Sword is a Martial Proficiency already. You only need the Exotic Proficiency to one hand it. If you intended for the one-handed effect to be treated as martial, you might want to clarify. And this detection ability does not specify if that have Detect Chaos, Detect Evil, Detect Law, and Detect Good at will or if they have Detect Chaos, Evil, Law, and Good at will.
