Response to Eiji
The actual power from this natural attack comes from the Tomebarian's ability Rage Dice; additional damage dice to attacks done that are granted by your Base Attack Bonus while raging. As this sub ability specifies that Headbutt gains this dice, it's an additional 1d8+5d6 at level 11 as a secondary attack.
Also, this replaces Call the Horde ability, which is essentially a kind of Leadership ability. --TK-Squared 08:16, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
