Quite thematic, and quite powerful. It's something I'd expect to find at CR 16. It has a weakness (antimagic field) yet is beatable without it. Also, would be a good defender of such awesome treasures that deal with time, like scrolls of Time Stop or a Baleful Pocket Watch. |
