Balance[edit]
Why do you feel this is VH? I'm not arguing that it isn't, and would be fine if it stayed as-is, but would like to hear your opinion. The biggest thing is the versatility since you can have it be a cone, line, ray, etc, but for giving up a feat it might be H rather than VH. Thoughts?
