	Very interesting and cool, I like that it gives a small boost and can be very useful to classes lacking in skill points such as SRD fighters. I also enjoy the fact that it rewards people for focusing more on their skills, one can truly become a skill monkey. However the prerequisites seem to be a bit low for my liking, but overall, I do like it and appreciate your work, Nice Job!
