1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.

The Warfalx is the hand-and-a-half version of the "Falx" family: it consists of a 3 feet long wooden shaft with a long curved blade of nearly-equal length attached to the end. The blade is sharpened only on the inside and was reputed to be devastatingly effective. The Warfalx it intended to be wielded with great force and is also capable ofsplitting helmets and shields with a single devastating blow. Alternatively, it might have been used as a hook, pulling away shields and cutting at vulnerable limbs, or striking the edge of a strong shield. The inward curving point was still able to pierce the armour or flesh of the target behind the shield, rendering even the most reinforced shields much less effective against a Warfalx wielder.

Due to its overall lenght and weight, the Warfalx is hard to use in one hand properly without special training: thus, it's an exotic weapon.

Anyone wielding an Warfalx sized form him in one hand with Exotic Weapon Proficiency takes only a -2 penalty to attack rolls instead of -4.

A character can use an Warfalx two-handed as a martial weapon, without penalty on attack rolls.

A warsickle can be used to make trip attacks. If you are tripped during your own trip attempt, you can drop the sickle to avoid being tripped.

The inward curving blade is still able to pierce the armour or flesh of the target behind the shield, rendering even the most reinforced shields much less effective against a Warfalx wielder: when fighting aganst an oppnent with a schield, The Warfalx wielder gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls against any opponent hilding a shield: in other words, every opponent has is shield AC reduced by -1 against a Warfalx attack.
