A large, demonic snake grafted to the recipient's shoulders, this graft is not only living, but actually semi-intelligent. While recipients of this graft often find it difficult to eat, sleep or do other things without the snake attempting its own take on the matter, it is one of the more powerful grafts that can be bestowed.
This graft gives several benefits. Firstly, the user cannot be caught flat-footed and cannot be flanked, as the snake watches over them. Secondly, once per round, as a free action usable outside the user's turn, the snake can strike a creature within twice the user's reach. The attack hits automatically (but is subject to concealment), and forces the target to make a Fort save (DC 10 + 1/2 the user's character level or CR + the user's Constitution modifier) or be dealt 1d10 Constitution damage. Thirdly, the user can command the snake to shoot acidic venom as a move action. This has the same range as the snake's strike, hits automatically (but is subject to concealment), and deals 1d6 acid damage + 1 damage per character level (or CR) of the user.
- Prerequisites: Graft Flesh, poison, creator must be evil
- Cost to Create: 4,000gp, 8 days
