How does Starsurfer's Blessing work?Edit
One thing I don't quite understand about Starsurfer's Blessing is that it says you can use it if you don't have any spellcasting abilities, but it's not clear how many charges are available for the purpose and how (or if) they get recharged. Surgo (talk) 04:57, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
