When Tomoe saw her friend Ciara sucker punch a guy, she felt inspired.
This spell behave as the shocking grasp spell, except that it deal an additional 1d6 sneak attack damages per 2 caster level (to a maximum of 5d6 at caster level 10th). If the touched creature was flat-footed against the attack, this spell is always result in a critical hit.
