You may be looking for the Dire Boar from the SRD instead.
Note[edit]
This monster is balanced to fit in a high level of balance game. I have taken the liberty of not using the standard D&D rules for determining various statistics for this monster. As a result, it may seem a bit stronger (or weaker) than some SRD monsters of the same CR and that is fine. I think it will pose an appropriate challenge for characters of its CR.

Ferocity (Ex) | Dire boars continue to act normally until they are reduced to -10 hitpoints. They deal +1d6 damage when their hitpoints are negative. |
Savagery (Ex) | Whenever a dire boar takes damage, as an immediate action, it can gain a +1d6 bonus to damage on its attacks against the creature that damaged it until the end of its next turn. If that creature damages it again before the end of its next turn, it can make an attack of opportunity against the creature, if it is able. |
Brutal Rush (Ex) | Whenever a dire boar charges, it deals 4d6+12 damage. It also can push the opponent away 1 square per 5 damage dealt, if it wants. |
Angry Leer (Ex | As a swift action, a dire boar can lock eyes with an enemy, conveying its murderous intent. The creature must make a will save DC 17, adding any bonuses they have against fear effects, or else become shaken for 1 round. |
Dire boars are omnivorous and spend most of their time rooting around, much as ordinary pigs do, although like other dire animals, they prefer meat. They viciously attack anything that approaches them, however.
Dire boars grow up to 12 feet long and weigh as much as 2,000 pounds.
Strategies and Tactics[edit]
A dire boar will use its Brutal Rush to heavily damage its enemies. It will try to strike back at opponents that damage it when it can.
It can also use both Angry Leer and an Intimidate check to cause an enemy to be frightened. If the boar doesn't feel like a fight, it might do this.
Treasure[edit]
The tusks of a dire boar can be crafted into a Boar Tusk Necklace. They provide the gold cost and experience cost required to craft the item.
Dire boar tusks are valued at 1,000 gp on the open market.
