Eilservs School [General]
You have learned House Eilservs' fighting techniques, which utilises magic staffs in combat.
Tier: Heroic
Prerequisite: Ability to use one or more powers with the summoning keyword.
Benefit: When you strike an enemy with a staff, you gain a +1 bonus to the damage roll. In addition, when you use this feat, you can immediatly use one of your at-will attack spells or arachnomancer attack weaves as a minor action, so long as the power targets the target you hit with your staff.
At 11th level, this bonus increases to +2. At 21st level this bonus increases to +3.
