ECL vs. LA

I saw in a rating that you were wondering about the disparity in these. The disparity is due to racial hit dice; it's filling in for LA to boost ECL of the character to pay for the racial abilities and also grant hit points, saves, skills, etc. that LA doesn't advance at all.
