Why do you feel this is VH? I'm not arguing that it isn't, and would be fine if it stayed as-is, but would like to hear your opinion. The biggest thing is the versatility since you can have it be a cone, line, ray, etc, but for giving up a feat it might be H rather than VH. Thoughts? - It an at-will versatile blasting spell that offer no spell resistance, essentially marginally better or worse than a full character level scaling Eldritch Blast. SO I placed it in VH to not take any chances. It super effective on a damage dealer like a wilder, who can use it between it big blasting powers. --Leziad (talk) 10:52, 15 January 2017 (MST)
