Mindbreaker

There a good reason I placed it at 2nd level, I don't want to see full psion spamming it every round. The mindrender get it as a bonus power at 1st, but they are partial manifester. Now anyone can grab it as a 1st level power. Is there any reasons the Mindbreaker NEED to have it as a 1st level power? --Leziad (talk) 21:01, 2 December 2017 (MST)
