Cosmetic & Corrective Surgery

This graft is less of an addition (though it can be) and more of a readjustment to a creature's features. It involves careful application of alchemically stabilized extracts (Craft (Alchemy) DC 20) from chaos beasts and phasms. These extracts don't have a market value but are necessary for the graft's success. They spoil after 2 weeks without use.

For the base cost, this graft alters the patient's minor physical qualities (such as hair color, skin color, eye color, voice and body features) within the normal possible range for its race. This may also include the removal, addition or enhancement of scars, moles and extremities or the removal of non-magical tattoos.

This graft may be used in tandem with a Disguise check when creating a disguise to grant up to a +10 circumstance bonus to the check (with Disguise check penalties for the changes applied as normal). For each skill rank in Disguise, the grafter may charge an additional premium equal to (Disguise ranks)2 × 100 gp. The grafter may choose to not use a number of ranks of his choice to lower this premium cost.

For the cost of an additional 200 gp, the procedure can cover a change in height, weight or sex within the normal possible range of the patient's race as well as augmentations to minor physical qualities beyond the normal range (such as unusually colored hair or unusually colored skin).

For the cost of an additional 100 gp, the procedure can cover a modification to the patient to include the functionality of a masterwork tool to one skill. Skills with sub-skills (such as Craft and Perform are granted the bonus to one chosen sub-skill). A subject can have only one such modification granted from this graft. The associated skill may be changed if this additional cost is paid again with an additional application of the graft.

Graft Flesh (Any), disguise form; Price 50 gp.
