Designer Note
While the flavor is intended to evoke the black mage from final fantasy, the archetype was designed to allow sorcerers of any bloodline to be competent blasters. While it is quite good at it, it is not quite on par with the dragon/orc sorcerer with blood havoc in damage dealt. At least natively. --Leziad (talk) 22:11, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
