| Attack: Intelligence vs. Will | |
| Hit: 3d6 + Intelligence modifier Necrotic damage, and the target takes a -2 penalty to Will (save ends). | |
| Miss: Half damage, and the target takes a -1 penalty to Will until the end of your next turn. | |
| Effect: The burst creates a zone in its place. All enemies within the zone cannot benefit from concealment. The zone lasts until the end of your next turn. | |
