The manifester of this power inserts a single thought of her choice in the mind of the target. The thought must be somewhat simple, such as 'do not lock the door on your way out' or 'don't forget your keys'. You do not need to share a language with the target of this power. The target is allowed an [[Intelligence]] check to realize that the thought is not her own, with a bonus or penalty ranging from +10 to -10, gaining a bonus if the thought is out of character or taking a penalty if it is in character. This power has no effect against creatures with an [[Intelligence]] of 3 or below.
