Your Snowball attack now deals Radiant damage and Dazzles the target for one round on a failed Fortitude save. If it hits the target's full AC, the target is also Blinded for 1 round and Dazzled for 1d4 rounds after the blinding ends, unless they succeed a Fort save; In which case they're only Dazzled for one round. Multiple applications do not stack.
