It does something that is very straight-forward, and would make many, many characters wish to purchase one. This item gets my seal of approval

	Very useful, and at 3/4 the cost of the equivalent bonus in a weapon it is priced just about right, considering that it gives only the attack bonus as well as taking a slot.

	Havvy is neutral on this article and rated it 2 of 4.
	As DD says, the price is balanced for the effect. But the effect is just a straight number boost, which is boring. A useful item nonetheless.
