I'm not sure this works at higher levels. Spend a level 2 slot (or a level 6 slot to make it quickened) to take out 1-2 slots of their highest level? Seems like a disparate benefit for the cost. Higher Level Character Interactions
I'm not sure this works at higher levels. Spend a level 2 slot (or a level 6 slot to make it quickened) to take out 1-2 slots of their highest level? Seems like a disparate benefit for the cost.
