Too Weak for a 9?

I think this spell is a little bit too weedy to be a true 9th level spell. While disintegrate is impressive, 9s demand a hell of a lot more. I think it should be pulled to an 8, or possibly even a 7.

First-off, my apologies for not signing my posts! I'm still a little new to this.

Secondly, changing the caps doesn't actually affect the power of the spell when it is gained. While an area improvement is good, I still think this belongs at 8th level more than 9th level. This spell is good - it's not wail or gate good. - MisterSinister 19:38, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
