Difficult

This one is a difficult one. It's four very varied powers in one. In context of the game it makes more sense, but out of it... if I adopt this one to release it to others, I'll have to figure out fluff things to explain what HM slave means, or why all these different powers. Oh, and moderate level, probably not that, probably high. It's circumstantial stuff at least, but the big ones, gaining a swim speed while ignoring non-calm water, seem good enough without layering the rest on so I would argue high.
