Balance

I assume your referring to the demon clan, since the other subraces dont have anything crazy. What about them is exactly too powerful, damaging cantrips? A little more clarity would help. - Iskerbabble 11/27/19

First of all, getting +4 to ability scores is a kinda big deal; the only other race that gets that is half-elf, and they get their +2 to a stat that far from all the classes find useful. Constitution is a stat that everyone needs, so getting +2 to it is something everyone will find useful. For a start, I would bring the Con bonus down to +1.
Thunder is the rarest of the elemental types, so it doesn't come up often. On the other hand, cold is a fairly common elemental type (probably second most common), meaning that the resistance outweighs the vulnerability. That's another point, but if the other stuff is toned down a little, it should be fine.
Common - Races shouldn't grant expertise; give them proficiency in Insight instead.
Warrior - Getting resistance to a very common damage type is incredibly powerful. Definitely a no-no.
Dragon - See common on expertise.
Demon - No races in the PHB get flying, as it's huge. Remove that bit.
Making those changes would be a good start towards balancing the race. --Ghostwheel (talk) 15:16, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
I get the ability score thing, I’ll make it an or statement for balance
On cold resist I didn’t think it to bad considering Dragonborn get to pick one for free without a weakness
Common - that’s a fine change
Warrior - I wanted them to be more tanky, but I can figure something else out
Dragon - both of its abilities can be found in other races, first one found in gnomes, other in drow
Demon- I’ll revise winged, maybe I’ll put gliding and very limited flight, that could be improved by a racial feat
