Under the Expertise combat action, when you say 'before making an attack roll': do you mean you must choose to sacrifice your attack power before making any attack roll during your round, affecting them all much like the original feat? OR can you choose before ANY attack roll during your round, most likely resulting in players doing it on their less likely to hit last attacks and leaving their attack rating unscathed on the first, higher BAB attacks?
