Sea Witch[edit]

The Sea Witch is a full nature spellcaster that gathers its power from the “spirit of the sea”. They have a mix of lightning, wind, cold, curse, divination, enchantment, conjuration, and healing magic.

Ability Score Bonus: +2 to Charisma and Wisdom
Starting Age: As Wizard.
Alignment: Any.
Starting Gold: 150gp

Spellcasting: Once between the time the sun sets, the sea witch may spend an hour memorizing spells. At that time, all spell effects you have sustained with a duration less than Permanent end. You memorizing 4 cantrips which can be cast at-will, and you memorize 3 advanced spells of each tier you are able to cast. You may cast rituals, basic spells without memorizing them. You cast these spells spontaneously by expending a spell slot of the appropriate tier. Casting a Ritual spell has a minimum casting time of 1 minute. The Sea Witch’s Save DCs are 10 + 1/2 level + Charisma. Add your wisdom modifier to any damage or healing dealt by spells you cast.
