When 1 point of energy is channeled through the Helmet of Metal Feathers as a standard action, all creatures other than the wearer within 40' take 10 points of nonlethal damage and must make a Will save (DC 17) or be [[SRD:Stunned|stunned]] for 1d6 rounds. Creatures that succeed on their Will save are still [[SRD:Dazed|dazed]] for 1 round. Creatures that have already succeeded on this Will save at least once in the past hour take 2 points of nonlethal damage instead.
