When worn, the necklace melds with the wearer's skin, transforming into a tattoo resembling the necklace, white with blue where the sapphire was; This tattoo is frigid to the touch but causes the bearer no discomfort. The necklace can only be removed by a Remove Curse, followed by a caster level check versus CL 15 if the caster of the Remove Curse isn't at least 15th level. While worn, the necklace causes the wearer to be vulnerable to fire, taking an additional 50% fire damage from all sources.
However, a wearer that knows the command phrase ("As The Frost!" in Draconic, Spellcraft or Knowledge (Arcana) DC 18 to learn) can speak it as a standard action, transforming into a white half-dragon. While transformed, the wearer gain gains the following abilitiesbonuses:
*Type changes to Dragon, gains the Cold subtype (Vulnerability to fire doesn't stack with that normally caused by the necklace)
