That is unless you control it yourself, and then it's a persistent prestidigitation effect which does whatever you want, basically. This increases the diameter of the spell from 10 feet to 20 feet. This way it's easier for ominous effects to be centered on the trait holder and potentially give away their position if the DM decides to be especially rude today.
