These red long stockings are entirely resistant to fire and cold damage on their own. Once per day, when worn, they can be commanded as an [[SRD:Immediate Actions|immediate action]] by espousing a quick advertisement on the quality of the stockings to grant the wearer energy resistance 10 to either cold and fire damage and the ability to walk on ice, snow, burning hot surfaces and lava without penalty until the start of your next turn.
The red long stockings are a unique item that cannot be replicated, but are not an artifact and thus may be destroyed or enhanced further as normal.
