Changes

This spell allows the creation of a [[SRD:Simulacrum|''simulacrum'']] of a dead humanoid creature. The humanoid creature's HD must be equal to or lower than your caster level (maximum of 10) and its corpse must be fresh enough (or preserved) to be raised from the dead as per the [[SRD:Raise Dead|''raise dead'']]spell.

Upon finishing casting the spell, you transfer a copy of the original being's essence into a specially prepared mannequin which then becomes animated. A mannequin simulacrum does not have any of the original creature's memories and does not share any physical likeness to them, but has a similar personality and the same alignment. It is under the control of the caster, or any other assigned master at the time of creation. A mannequin simulacrum gains a nonmagical copy of the original creature's gears equipment (except for spellbookspellbooks), which vanish if removed from their possession for more than 1 hour. The mannequin simulacrum lacks any spellcasting abilities of the original creature.

Upon being reduced to 0 hit points or lower, the mannequin simulacrum explodes into smoke alongside all copied gearequipment. If the spell is dispelled or its duration elapses, the simulacrum collapses as into its material component mannequin.
