Ronen abandoned his post with the Edgewalkers and now sails the coast of the Aventus Islands terrorizing the Inspired who occupy those islands. He is currently located in the town of Saltmarsh on the horseshoe island in the northern part of the bay. Here he managed to find a buried treasure on the small Oak Island from a map he happened upon (the Inspired had disposed of the druids years ago). With all this new found wealth, Ronen set out to begin building his new organization dedicated to thwarting the Inspired's progress at occupying the Aventus islands. It was during his attempt to establish connections in Saltmarsh's underground that he discovered there already was an assassin's guild in Saltmarsh. Through some discreet information gathering he learned the location of the guild and approached them to recruit them or dispose of them. Now Ronen, is the leader of the ONLY assassin's guild in Saltmarsh, the Order of D'jed-Hai Shadows, which is still based behind the Flounder Pounder, but they occupy virtually the entire underground area they have behind the cliffs of Saltmarsh including the hidden sea cave in the cliff side has expanded through the black market area are and even further into the catacombs of the Andrigal mansion where Ronen destroyed the threat previously there and saw it's potential with as an undisturbed site regarded as haunted by the locals was good enough to keep people away on the surface. All the same the passages leading up to the surface levels of the mansion were quietly sealed.
