C'mon, man, the inconsistencies in description and effect. Also the effects. As mentioned elsewhere on the talk page, why isn't this just a poison? How do you talk while paralyzed? Is this named after blister beetles somehow? Does it cause blisters? No mention of that is made in the article. There are some weird numbers like +7 and a 1/3rd of a cup that are just off-putting. However, there might be something here usable.

There are some serious problems here that need to be addressed. First, it the typo. I'm not sure what it's supposed to say, even. Is it "dose"? In that case, why do you need more than one dose to make this effective? I was thinking it could be "drop", but that brings up how many drops you get for the 600 gp cost. Next, a +7 bonus is weird (no save?), and it's use as an interrogation tool is dubious if it paralyzes the victim. I would suggest that this be reworked as a poison, as it pretty much already is.

Given that the article says "single dose" three other times, and it's only a letter order off (an easier typing mistake than writing does instead of drop), I'm going to change it for him so you can hate it for slightly fewer reasons. --Foxwarrior 18:46, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
Oh, now that I think about it, it doesn't really make sense for you to need ⅓ of a cup of the stuff to get a +7 to Intimidate checks if even the briefest contact causes paralysis levels of pain. --Foxwarrior 18:55, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
Right, and as I mentioned, if "dose" was indeed the intended word, why would the intimidate bonus require "any amount of Blister Juice MORE than a single dose" (my caps) while paralysis only requires that a "creature comes into contact with Blister Juice"?--Quey 05:00, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
