| It doesn't really address the problems that need to be solved to make a higher-CR creature into a challenge (see: Tarrasques being big and tough, but ultimately trivial)
I guess it's okay if you're trying to make a bunch of scary Druid minions or something though, where the actual powers are supplied by a separate creature. |
