	Blinding for... 1 minute? In an AoE? For 1 gp? Srsly?

How many characters can make a DC 40 Craft (cooking) check before like 10th level? It requires some seriously dedicated character to pull that off. I don't see any problem with this. --Sulacu (talk) 10:46, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
