Very Nice! Good Job!

It's the case of a "wave-bladed" (also called "flamed-bladed") weapon. In alternative to the wave-bladed weapon, it is possible to create a fang weapon (tipically a bladed-weapon) with the same economical effort (300 gp) and craftsman's effort and difficulty (20 DC Craft). A fanged weapon has a +1 bonus on damage instead of the +1 bonus of the masterwork weapons. "Fang weapons" and "masterwork weapons" are "mundane" categories, so no magic is implied.

A fanged weapon is a weapon featured with fanged on its attack surface: it means that it cannot be so well-balanced and fine-constructed to be a masterwork weapon.

For the same reason, it's not possible to apply the Weapon Finesse feat to a fang weapon.
