+1 and +16 abilities way too strong for a feat for H level

Requesting to edit this one. I kind of want to use it for a build, but I think I can clarify its intention. I'd like to take a crack at it, at least, before it gets purged. Dimmet (talk) 02:13, 31 March 2019 (MDT)

Go ahead, feel free to adopt it. Surgo (talk) 16:22, 30 April 2019 (MDT)

I've adopted Frigid Snap[edit]

Could I get some thoughts and opinions? I'd only originally intended to clarify things since, as it stood, it didn't particularly work and was confusing. I tried to also bring some uniformity to the feat in general, as well as pull the final ability back into line rather than being a pretty much instant 100ft kill-cone every 3 rounds.

This is my first adoption and contribution to the site, so any errors being pointed out would also be helpful. == Dimmet (talk) 17:09, 30 April 2019 (MDT)

Ratings Already! Exciting[edit]

Okay, perhaps the problem was trying to keep it somewhat similar to the original idea, which was actually crazy. I'll sit on this and either do something not entirely based on the original author's style, or figure out a way to dumb it down more. I feel like this wouldn't fit in VH due to not at all being the kind of thing you'd try to use when wizards are pissing out rocket blasts everywhere, but it seems to be too much for H. Weird spot, should be fun figuring this out.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I'm not a prickly sort about that! == Dimmet (talk)
