| This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.I really wanted to like this item. You started out well, and I really like the flavor and background you set up. But then you had to go and mention "magical radiation" without saying what it does, and you don't even give numerical effects for, well, anything. What's really ironic is that the Editing tag is "Mechanical changes on Talk please", while there really aren't any mechanics here. Please try again. I would love to see this material in a game, fleshed-out rule-wise and working.
