Hurts casters who use moderate balance spells (other than blasters or healers) and does little to nerf buff stackers, contingency abusers, and other characters who don't need to cast much beyond the first round. As for #1- readied actions, Ghost.

First, I would argue that blasters are High-level if you compare their damage over multiple creatures to that of a decently-built warblade. But let's pretend they're moderate. Most of the non-blasty/healy that are useful in combat (unlike Floating Disk, for example) are around VH. What other kinds of spellcasters are there? And yeah, it debuffs/buff stackers that use the really strong spells (the ones that usually last 1 round per level) since they can be interrupted while putting up their buffs (like Haste). Since most warblades are more effective against a single target, and evokers are better vs multiple weaker, it looks to me like a apples to oranges comparison. "What other kinds of spellcasters are there?" Summoners, necromancers, melee based mages (like the grapplemancer), codzilla, newbie players who haven't figured out the hyperspecialization thing, etc. "How does it not affect them?" Anybody trying to stack 1 round/level buffs is going to be punched in the face repeatedly anyways if they try to do so in the middle of combat. I'm talking about stacking hour/level-long (or at least minute/level-long) buffs, like people who play CODzilla.Fluffykittens (talk) 15:35, 10 November 2014 (UTC)
