Functionality[edit]
I have to agree, it's hp for a CR 1/6 monster doesn't fit. It is a magical beast no doubt, so i would say 1hd. 1d10+2 = 7hp. which would be an sad but quick fight(as expected) for a team of 4 characters.
Then there's the second thing i have to ask... when the hell does this evolve!? we all know/love Gyarados but if it's not accessible before epic level, there's zero meaning to having Magicarp as a pokemon.Snafusam (talk) 01:13, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
