Too Weak?[edit]
I believe this maneuver is a little underpowered for its level, since the one fail and two fail effects are both very marginal for a maneuver of this level, especially when you remember that you need to hit first. I would advise beefing them up a bit. - MisterSinister 08:13, 3 March 2011 (UTC)
