Casting the spell Echo causes the caster to gain a number of echoes affects they can cast. This amount is equal to their caster level. This spell causes the users voice to be heard by anything in 100 feet + 10 per caster level regardless of anything in the way except an anti-magic sphere. Anything in this area the speaker becomes aware of and can see for 1d10 rounds. Anything the user could convince to be an enemy is dealt 1d2 damage. An echo lingers for 1d10 rounds. If a caster cast echo while in range of another echo's lingering area is lingering it deals it's own damage and reactivates the lingering echoes for it to do its own damage again. Any echo triggered this way lingers again for 1d10 rounds. Echo's lingering affect can be triggered by any caster using echo. If Echo is triggered by it's lingering effect it re centers the range around the caster.
