| For its balance rating, this class has incredibly thematic abilities that fit it well, each explained in how they work for the overall concept. Great work. Only thing that makes me go :-/ is "Guns or Butter", since one could dip into this class for +2 to an ability score at no loss of BAB, for example. |

| Except for Guns or Butter, I felt this class was quite rather interesting and deserving of my praise.
Update: I think Guns or Butter really just shifts this entire thing into the neutral category right now. |
