Upon succeeding on a ranged touch, you give the target an allergy for a short period of time [[SRD:Saving Throw|(Fort negates)]].  This allergy causes the target to take a –3 penalty on [[SRD:Attack Roll|attack rolls]], [[SRD:Armor Class|Armor Class]], and [[SRD:Skills|skill checks]] while within 30' of a type of creatures of the caster's choosing (such as [[SRD:Cat|cats]] or [[SRD:Gelatinous_Cube|gelatinous cubes]]).  While suffering penalties from this spell, the creature quickly develops a thick crust over their eyes (treat as [[SRD:Blinded|blinded]]) which can be wiped off as a move action that does not provoke an [[SRD:Attack_of_Opportunity|AoO]].  The crust will grow back two rounds after being wiped off, and fades away at the end of the spell's duration.  In addition to this, for the duration of the spell, the creature sneezes loudly and forcefully once per round, giving away the creatures position unless the creature is [[SRD:Silence|silenced]], and the creature takes 1 nonlethal damage each round, potentially interrupting spells.
