A feeling of goodwill and subservience towards the World Dominator spreads outwards from him.

All creatures within the radius, including the manifester, must make a Will save or have their attitude towards the manifester shifted one level more friendly. Creatures who would be shifted from Helpful to Fanatic get an additional Will save.

No character may be shifted more than two steps more friendly towards the manifester, no matter how many instances of Blanket Domination they manage to get active simultaneously.

A character who is Fanatical towards theirself has an unlimited ego and cannot think selfless thoughts.

When the effect ends, all characters shift back to their previous opinion of the manifester, although they're likely to feel that it was a hostile act and be appropriately displeased.

* You can spend any number of additional power points to double the radius of control for every 2 points spent. This does not follow D&D's multiplication rule.
* You can spend 8 additional power points to make all creatures other than the manifester be [[SRD:Dominate Monster|dominated]] for the duration instead of shifting their opinion of the manifester.
