Manifesting this power require you to expend your psionic focus, 

Within a single moment, or perhaps between moments you become completely invincible as psionic energy make your body harder than reality itself. This however only last for a few moments before fading away. You completely negate the next attack, spell, power or such you would suffer this round, additionally if the attacker was adjacent or within your reach he must make a will save or be sent flying 10 feet per manifester level and land prone as the sheer power of your barrier simply overwhelm him. All adjacent creature also take 17d4 force damage from the shockwave.

The barrier fade away but not completely, until the beginning of your next round you have SR and PR 19+ manifester levels and DR 20/-.
