Said to have been one of the tools of the infamous spellthief Managan, this is a perfectly normal lockpick with one odd property.  You can never be rid of it, and it never detects as magic.  Technically a cursed item, if the lockpick is ever lost, it is discovered somewhere on the owner 1 minute later.  It is otherwise a normal masterwork skill tool for Open Lock check.

Ownership is acquired by being the first to use the lockpick, afterwards only ''[[SRD:Remove Curse|remove curse]]'' or the death of the last owner can break it.
