The Forget Me Stick has the appearance of a normal club, but is actually something more.  It is used by those who want to accomplish a task such as infiltration, but don't want to kill anybody for whatever reason.  As such, the club is Merciful, dealing an additional 1d6 of damage and all damage is non-lethal.  Additionally, the victim of the attack must make a Will Save (DC 10+Spell Level+the creator's appropriate Mental Stat Modifier).  Since there are two spells involved, the Save is made using the spell level of the higher level spell.  If the save is successful, they simply take the non-lethal damage.  If the save fails, they are knocked unconscious for 1 Round/Level of the item's creator and their memory of the encounter and the events immediately preceding it are erased and replaced with the memory of that part of the day being uneventful at whatever it was they were doing.
