A 5 inches translucent sphere of hybrid material, with the texture of rubber and the solidity of glass. The interior of the sphere is filled with particles of an electric metal floating in a compressed gas. The object is still slightly warm to the touch (but non-burning) and the mixture inside forms strings of blue-purple plasma made of very high voltage electricity. 

A Plasmion shock bomb can be used as an impact weapon (on a square or on a creature) by a ranged touch attack with a range of 20 ft. On impact, the envelope of the sphere breaks up and releases a powerful electric shockwave. The shockwave deals 3d6 electrical damage to all creatures within 10 ft of the impact. A [[Reflex]] saving throw (DC20) allows half damage. If you throw this item directly on a creature, that creature have no saving throw for half damage. If the Plasmion shock bomb is thrown against a Construct creature made of metal or against a creature with the Water subtype, the damage becomes 3d10, and the critical multiplier increases to x3 (ignoring the possible immunity to critical hits). Finally, creatures with the Earth subtype are immune to electrical damage deal by this object. </onlyinclude>
